Cruise The Americas with Silversea
Welcome to two very different countries, yet one indescribable region. Summer brings on a feast of festivals and fun before giving way to fall when New England’s foliage explodes into life like popping fireworks. Flashes of brilliant colour sweep across forests elevating the breathtaking scenery to new heights and illuminating magnificent mountainsides with a full range of autumnal hues.
At Silversea, not only do we know Canada and New England, but we know cruising. We know that our small ships are perfect for accessing the off-the-beaten-track ports that other ships cannot reach. We understand that some guests prefer an expedition cruise while others prefer enthralling cities. We also know that our friendly ambience, crew-to-guest ratio of nearly 1:1 and gastronomic excellence make us a leader in luxury cruising.
The beauty of New England is spectacular at any time of the year but Autumn – or Fall – is when it shines brightest. The air is crisp, the apples are ripe, and the leaves are most definitely the stars of the show. Rustic, rugged and historical, this is one destination that you do not want to miss. But while the bucolic villages of Canada and New England are charming, let’s not forget that there are bright lights and a big, big city nearby!
If glorious weather, deliciously fresh seafood and bucolic beaches are not enough to tempt you onto this cruise from New York to Quebec City, then perhaps the bright lights of Boston will. Enjoy a little bit of everything that the region has to offer over the next two weeks. This means you’ll be spoilt for choice, whether discovering the glorious scenery of Rhode Island and Maine or spotting the multifarious seabirds in Nova Scotia, Charlottetown and Saguenay.
