Day 1: Sunday – Longreach (D)
Adventure to the legendary outback town that Qantas calls home……for a reunion to remember. Make it even more special by travelling with your original QF department colleagues. On arrival at either Longreach Airport or Longreach Railway Station you will be met and transferred to your preferred accommodation. Check in and relax before a fabulous ‘Tastes of Sunset’ homestead dinner at historic Rosebank Station check-in. Overnight Longreach

Day 2: Monday – Longreach (B,D)
Your visit to the Qantas Founders Museum is sure to be a reunion highlight! The unmistakable red and white livery of a Qantas jumbo jet dominates the skyline from kilometres away. Inside the dedicated museum, you’ll uncover many a story llinked to the founding of our favourite airline. View marvellous interpretive and interactive exhibits then join a guided Airpark Tour for a behind the scenes look at the resident DC-3, Boeing 747, Boeing 707 and Super Constellation. You’ll have exclusive access to view the park from the 4 story viewing platform not usually available to visitors. Supercharge your experience with an optional 747 Wing Walk! (book direct at the Museum). Own arrangements for lunch with some free time to explore downtown Longreach. Late afternoon, you’ll be transferred to the Thomson River for the award-winning Drover’s Sunset Cruise. Take your seat on the top deck ready to capture 360-degree sweeping, river and floodplain views at sunset. We’ll dock at Smithy’s for the entertaining Outback Dinner & Show. Enjoy full table-service as you dine on a delicious camp oven themed dinner under the stars! (You can purchase drinks from the Licenced bar). Overnight Longreach

Day 3: Tuesday – Winton (B,L,D)

Travel from the Mitchell Grass plains of Longreach towards the dramatic mesa country of Winton on our full day tour. We visit the Australian Age of Dinosaurs perched high on a magnificent mesa overlooking the plains where dinosaurs once roamed! Onsite dinosaur enthusiasts treat us to a top-class interpretive tour of the laboratory, collection room and Dinosaur Canyon. Our included lunch today will be at the famous Winton Club, where the first ever Qantas board meeting was held. After lunch, learn the story behind Australia’s unofficial national anthem at the Waltzing Matilda Centre which includes the Qantilda Museum. Return to Longreach late afternoon. Dinner tonight will be at a local favourite, The Birdcage Hotel. Overnight Longreach

Day 4: Wednesday – Longreach (B,MT,D)
For yet another slice of Aussie history, we’ll visit Camden Park Station, a 5th generation sheep & cattle station for a station tour and smoko. You’ll be in good company as the Queen visited this family homestead 30 odd years ago when she opened the Australian Stockman’s Hall of Fame, our next stop. See the new Cinematic Experience which pays tribute to the Aussie Stockman and wander the five themed galleries. Own arrangements for lunch at the Museum cafe, but make sure you leave room for our exclusive Farewell dinner tonight in the Qantas Founders Museum. Then get ready for 20 minutes of awesomeness at the Luminescent Longreach Sound & Light Show. The historic aircraft in the Airpark double as the canvas for this amazing show. Featuring high-tech 3D animation and illustrations, you’ll be taken on a fascinating narrative of Australia’s aviation history. Overnight Longreach

Day 5: Thursday – Homeward Bound (B)
Following a relaxed breakfast, we end the tour with a transfer to Longreach Railway Station or Longreach Airport for your return journey to Brisbane
