Life Returns | Springtime Expedition to Antarctica
Late spring expedition gives you five days in Antarctica during its late spring as the glaciers and icebergs are at their most sparkly and pristine. Visit the beautiful, windswept Falkland Islands and the ‘Serengeti of the Southern Ocean’ South Georgia at the height of mating season.
Antarctica cruise – In-depth Antarctica, Falkland Islands & South Georgia Expedition
Start among the rolling green hills of the remote Falklands where penguin colonies and soaring albatross thrive. Sail to South Georgia, ‘Serengeti of the Southern Ocean’, for vast King Penguin colonies, fur seals, and echoes of historic polar exploration. You’ll then venture to Antarctica’s frozen frontier and explore a realm of white mountains, glaciers, whales and penguins.
Antarctica & Falkland Islands Expedition
Explore the frozen beauty of Antarctica before heading north to discover the windswept shores of the Falklands. From December’s down-covered penguin chicks to March’s more independent youngsters – each stage reveals the remarkable cycle of life in Antarctica. Active adventure brings you close to icebergs, with opportunities to go hiking, kayaking and even camping on the Antarctic snow.
Antarctic Circle Expedition
Join us as we attempt to navigate through the sea ice and below the Antarctic Circle to reveal The Seventh’s Continent’s secret realm. Milder summer weather means we’ll aim to journey below the Antarctic Circle to the secluded and magnificent Marguerite Bay. Enjoy whale spotting, seeing young penguins, hiking, kayaking, ice-cruising, and even camping on the Antarctic snow.
